Vienna Oakton Markets Defined By Speed

There’s a quote that says “Just remember, once you’re over the hill, you begin to pick up speed.”

Uphill

Have you ever gone biking and climbed a hill that seemed like it was never going to end? Maybe you were on a 10 speed bike and you kept changing gears, but it still seemed like you would never reach the top. That’s how the real estate market felt a few years back. Would homes ever start selling again? Would prices ever start rising?

Downhill

And then boom! We hit the top of the hill so to speak. Houses ARE finally selling quickly. Prices ARE finally starting to rise. Will there be more hills ahead? Probably. But hopefully none as large as the one we just climbed.

And now that we have come over the hill, just like the biker on the 10 speed bike, we have started to pick up speed again.
